Funding for improving energy efficiency along with the installation of renewable energy sources for large and medium-sized enterprises.
For the first time, large enterprises have the opportunity to apply for support for investments aimed at improving energy efficiency. The program, for which the application period runs from December 1, 2023, to February 5, 2024, is implemented within the framework of the FEnIKS funds (European Funds for Infrastructure, Climate, Environment).
30% primary energy savings. This is the minimum threshold that must be demonstrated in the planned investment.
Up to 28 000 PLN
in funding for the investment
Up to 7 000 PLN
n funding for PV micro-installations for investments registered from August 1, 2024, with a mandatory energy storage system.
Up to 6 000 PLN
in funding for PV micro-installations for investments registered by July 31, 2024
Up to 16 000 PLN
in funding for the cost of installing an energy storage system.
Up to 5 000 PLN
in funding for the cost of installing a heat storage system.
The total maximum grant amount for individuals who have not yet used the "My Electricity" grant can be no more than PLN 28,000 for a single Point of Energy Consumption.
For PV micro-installations applied for connection (which can occur at a later date) by 31.07.2024, an energy/heat storage system as an additional, but not obligatory, device:
- PLN 6 000 for a photovoltaic micro-installation.
- PLN 7 000 for a photovoltaic installation with additional devices.
- PLN 16 000 for an energy storage system.
- PLN 5 000 for a heat storage system.
For PV micro-installations applied for connection from 01.08.2024 with an energy/heat storage system (obligatory requirement):
- PLN 7 000 for a photovoltaic installation with additional devices.
- PLN 16 000 for an energy storage system.
- PLN 5 000 for a heat storage system.
The capacity of the energy storage system applied for funding should be at least 1.5 times the power of 1 watt peak photovoltaic (kWp). The total power of all RES installations owned by the prosumer, including the photovoltaic micro-installation and the energy storage system, cannot exceed 50 kW.
Various devices that can be classified as photovoltaic micro-installations may be eligible for funding. These include:
- PV micro-installations consisting of photovoltaic panels on building roofs or ground-mounted structures with an inverter (a specialized device responsible for converting direct current from the installation to alternating current), allowing for the charging of the energy storage system, or for the charging of the energy storage system and operation in island mode;
- PV micro-installations consisting of photovoltaic panels with microinverters;
- Shelters, carport shelters (roofing for cars additionally covered with photovoltaic panels), and similar structures containing PV cells;
- Awnings consisting of PV cells, such as modern balcony or entrance coverings that generate electricity;
- Roof coverings with photovoltaic functions, e.g., photovoltaic roof tiles;
- Photovoltaic balcony systems;
- Other devices permitted for use within the territory of the Republic of Poland.
All these installations must be connected to the electrical grid.
It is a government program supporting the development of prosumer energy, i.e. energy in which people generate energy for their own needs and transfer its surplus to the power grid.
The sixth edition of the "My Electricity" program can finance up to half of the installation costs. The subsidy is granted for already completed projects. Costs related to a given investment that have been incurred since 1 January 2021 are eligible for co-financing. The call for applications ends on March 6, 2025.
