Data related to the execution of the contract will be processed for no longer than 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax payment deadline related to the contract expires (Art. 86 § 1 of the Tax Ordinance) or no longer than necessary for the performance of the contract. Data processed on the basis of your consent will be processed until the withdrawal of this consent. Data processed to fulfill a legal obligation incumbent on the Administrator will be stored until this obligation is fulfilled.
